Whole machine

Rigidity of whole machine is strengthened, our machine is much durable in use;

Strong ability to handle heavy weights cardboards;

Higher degree of automation, PLC program control, quick to change orders within 2 minutes;

Able to fully interconnect with similar size top printing any brands/models printer slotter and die cutter.

Folding part

The brushes and high pressure blowers are adopted at the entrance to remove the wastes after die cutting and slotting.

Long span folding arm folds cardboards more softly, and better suitable for large cardboards;

Squaring function and V-shape forming wheels effectively improve folding precision of cardboards；

Speed of lower folding belts on both sides is independently adjustable, effectively correcting and avoiding the fishtail；

Suction function of upper folding belts ensures stable cardboards conveying and make box forming more precise.

Automatic precise tension control by pneumatic cylinder, the belts automatically loose up when power off to protect and prolong the service-time of the belts.

Gluing Unit

Glue wheel is driven by independent motor;

Glue box is flexibly floated and attached to glue wheel without leakage;

Use high performance peristaltic pump for stability and durability.

Counter-Ejection, Stacking Unit

Newly designed bottom-inserting stacking handles cardboard with high speed,stable and not easy to malfunction;

Air blower accelerates cardboard drop,air volume and wind direction are adjustable;

Deep finishing and secondary flapping mechanism eliminates alignment error of cardboard,flapping frequency and number of times are adjustable;

Two-stage design of ejecting belt is more stable in cardboard ejection and counting stability.

Optional configuration

Automatic glue spraying system; thermosts glue drum/tank; Auto-feeding system or semi-auto.

Single-stage stacking system ( also called top-stacking or top-loading/mounting/batching).
