The Covid-19 continued to spread ,Also the international flights were significantly reduced. The procedures for going abroad are complicated, and it is hard to return to China. However, in order to provide best service to our customers, Our company's President Mr Ding decided to arrange Manager Mr Chen to go to Indonesia as soon as possible.

The Covid-19 continued to spread ,Also the international flights were significantly reduced. The procedures for going abroad are complicated, and it is hard to return to China. However, in order to provide best service to our customers, Our company's President Mr Ding decided to arrange Manager Mr Chen to go to Indonesia as soon as possible.

Mr Chen got off the plane at about 1:00 a.m. on 27th October  local time ,At about 5:00 a.m arrived at the customer's factory . Because the equipment purchased  was not debugged to the best state, many orders were delayed. Mr Chen didn't choose to rest and Hurried to go workshop. With solid and professional technical knowledge, we helped customers solve problems as soon as possible.

Fortunately, The new equipment for this customer also arrived in ahead of schedule. In order to let the customer use the new equipment as soon as possible, Mr Chen postponed the flight and personally helped the customer install, debug,... until the equipment reached a perfect state.

This trip to Indonesia.We tried our best to help our customer.
